This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff, while not overly attentive, were friendly enough and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms, especially those with a "mountain" view, were clean and provided a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's location, slightly apart from the busiest part of town, meant that it was peaceful at night and close to the beautiful beaches.

The beds were uncomfortably hard and made for unpleasant rest. we had issues with the laundry service which was not promptly addressed by the staff.
